<p>HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) &#8212; State regulators have outlined steps a western Pennsylvania amusement park must take after a child fell from a wooden roller coaster last summer &#8212; and they are urging other parks to make similar improvements.</p><p>The 3-year-old boy was hospitalized after falling from the Rollo Coaster ride at Westmoreland County&#8217;s Idlewild and SoakZone Park in August.</p><p>Officials said Idlewild must install manufacturer-approved secondary passenger restraints such as seat belts before the ride can be inspected to determine whether it can reopen.</p><p>In addition, an engineer must affirm that the ride meets structural, construction and design requirements; the park must consider adopting the minimum height requirement for new coasters; and changes in operator training must be outlined to prevent a similar accident.</p><p>A company representative didn&#8217;t immediately return a call seeking comment.</p><style>
