<p>The Osterhout Free Library will hold the 13th- annual gala 6-11 p.m., Sept. 8, at the Westmoreland Club, downtown Wilkes-Barre. Themed &#8216;Under the Tuscan Sun,&#8217; it will celebrate the well-known Frances Mayes book and Diane Lane film of the same name. The Deja Groove Party Band will provide music. The committee&#8217;s goal is to raise $80,000 for the library. Gala co-chairs are Molly Hoegen and Kim Mericle.
