Two accusedof harassmentWILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man and woman have been cited with harassment following a dispute Monday.Walter Roberts, 47, of Jefferson Lane, reported to police at 12:50 p.m. that Karen Bordo, 48, of Scranton, and another man were standing in his way and taking a picture while he was doing yard work.When Roberts asked them to move, Bordo allegedly shoved the camera into Roberts&#8217; face. Bordo said Roberts then knocked the phone out of her hand.Items stolen from apartmentWILKES-BARRE &#8212; Items were reported stolen from an apartment on West Ross Street early Monday.The resident reported the break-in at 1 a.m. A police report did not provide specifics on what was stolen.Police noted they did not see any signs of forced entry.Three charged with drunkennessWILKES-BARRE &#8212; Three people were charged with public intoxication Monday.Police said David Wasnalas, 50, of Wilkes-Barre, Edward Dyson, no age given, of Nanticoke, and Daryl Lowyn, 46, of Nanticoke, were observed by an officer to be heavily intoxicated in the area 0f East Market Street about 7 p.m.Two cited in fightWILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officers responded to multiple reports of a large fight in progress in the area of Hazle Street at 5:14 p.m. Monday.James King, 20, and Khalilah Bernard, 27, both of Wilkes-Barre, continued fighting after several officers arrived, authorities say. They were both cited with disorderly conduct.Cops: Panhandlerobstructed trafficWILKES-BARRE &#8212;An Exeter man is facing disorderly conduct charges after he was caught panhandling Monday, police say.Gregory Mantione, 26, was observed obstructing traffic on Kidder and Mundy streets while asking for money, a report states. Mantione has been cited for panhandling twice previously, according to authorities.<style>
