School bus flips in hit-run; 14 students taken to Lancaster County hospital

<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; Police say they found a fugitive hiding in the attic of a residence on Church Street.</p><p>Officers in Nanticoke, along with members of the New York City Police Department&#8217;s fugitive task force, served a felony warrant at 365 East Church Street at 7 a.m. Wednesday.</p><p>During the search, officers found Amair Bland, 20, of New York City, hiding in the residence&#8217;s attic.</p><p>The police report did not indicate any additional information about Bland.</p><p>Bland was arrested without incident and arraigned before District Judge Michael Dotzel. He was then jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility pending extradition to New York.</p><style>
