<p>Crestwood grad Matt Wotherspoon has been impressive as of late for Double-A Trenton.</p><p>Appearing twice this past week for the Thunder, Wotherspoon pitched four innings of shutout baseball while striking out five batters. Wotherspoon hasn&#8217;t allowed a run in each of his last nine appearances.</p><p>The 25-year-old righty pitched 2.2 innings in Thursday&#8217;s win over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. Wotherspoon gave up just two hits while striking out four.</p><p><strong>Mike Papi</strong></p><p>The Tunkhannock grad went deep in back-to-back games Wednesday and Friday for Double-A Akron.</p><p>Papi hit a three-run shot in the fourth inning of Wednesday&#8217;s 7-5 win. His home run proved to be the difference.</p><p>However, the 24-year-old was just 3 for 14 in his last four games heading into Saturday. Two of those hits were home runs.</p><p><strong>Tony Hernandez</strong></p><p>The 20-year-old Hazleton Area grad has yet to pitch for a Yankees affiliate this season.</p><style>
