<p>The forecast in the Wyoming Valley looks quiet, but the chance of showers will return on Wednesday night and into Thursday.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 51 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and fair skies were reported.</p><p>Patchy fog is expected before 8 a.m. today, with partly sunny skies expected throughout the remainder of the day. Today&#8217;s high will be near 74.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will carry over into tonight, with a low around 52.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected on Wednesday, with a high near 76.</p><p>Clouds are expected onto Wednesday night, along with a slight chance of showers before 2 a.m. before becoming likely into Thursday morning. Up to a quarter of an inch of rainfall is possible, and the low will be around 58.</p><p>Thursday is expected to bring a 60 percent chance of showers, but rainfall amounts have not yet been predicted.
