<p>In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the borough of Sugar Notch, a re-enactment of the dedication and unveiling of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial will be held following the 11 a.m. Memorial Day Service, May 29, at the Sugar Notch American Legion Post 796, borough building, Freed and Main streets. The Memorial was originally dedicated in 1948. Personalized family or business banners will be hung in the borough for $175.
