Neighborhood Impact Team hits South Wilkes-Barre in search of nuisance properties

<p>The Greater Scranton YMCA and Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA announce they were each awarded $4,500 Swim Lessons Scholarships Grants from YMCA of the USA. These funds will allow 75 low-income families from each Y&#8217;s community to participate in a free session of swim lessons.
