<p>Luanne M. Russin, Plains, has been named Luzerne County Community College&#8217;s Outstanding Adult Learner of the Year. Russin, an office information technology major, was awarded this title for her academic achievement, as well as her commitment to community service and participation in college activities. She was honored, along with other adult learners from King&#8217;s College, Misericordia University, Penn State Wilkes-Barre and Wilkes University, at a dinner held at Wilkes University by the Luzerne County Council on Adult Higher Education.</p><style>
