Wilkes-Barre mayor’s letter for PILOT money from nonprofits paying off

<p>PennDOT advised motorists traveling Interstate 80 west in Luzerne County of a lane closure due to a construction project beginning Thursday.</p><p>The roadway will be reduced to one lane between Exit 273 (White Haven/Freeland) and Exit 262 (Mountain Top/Hazleton) for approximately three weeks.</p><p>A concrete barrier will be installed and motorists should use caution as construction vehicles will be traveling in and out of the work zone between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.</p><p>For road conditions, visit http://www.511pa.com/.</p><style>
