<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police said they are investigating the suspected sexual assault of a child.</p><p>Police said officers responded to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center at 10:49 p.m. Saturday for a report of a 3-year-old girl who possibly was sexually assaulted.</p><p>Hospital staff reported to police that the girl showed signs of sexual assault. The suspected abuse occurred on Coal Street, according to police.</p><style>
