St. Nicholas-St. Mary’s students participate in engineering challenge

Thursday, June 8Newport Township Crime Watch, 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building, W. Kirmar Ave, Wanamie. All township residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.Corvette Club of NE PA, 7 p.m. at Marzoni&#8217;s, Montage Road, Moosic. Jacket orders will be taken at this time and plans for the 50th anniversary will be made available. Corvette owners are wanted and welcome. Visit CCNEPA for a calendar of events.The Wyoming Valley Mushroom Club, 7 p.m. in the Advanced Technology Center on the Nanticoke campus of Luzerne County Community College. The ATC is found in the lower portion of the campus. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the ATC. Meeting room is ATC-209B.Thursday, June 15DAV Chapter 102 7 p.m., VFW Kingston. All members welcome.Thursday, June 22Kingston Historical Society, 6 p.m., at Keeley&#8217;s, Division Street, Kingston. Separate checks will be available.
