<p>Before the Pennsylvania Powerball jackpot rolled to $435 million Wednesday, a Luzerne County ticket matched all five white balls drawn, according to lottery officials in Harrisburg.</p><p>Valley Mart/Citgo, 93 Allen St., Plymouth Township, sold the ticket, which is worth $1 million, lottery officials said.</p><p>The ticket did not match the red Powerball 13 but contained the five white ball numbers: 05-21-57-66-69.</p><p>The retailer earns a $5,000 selling bonus.</p><p>Prizes must be claimed and tickets validated before winners can be identified. Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. The lottery encourages the holder of a large prize-winning ticket to promptly sign the back of the ticket, call the lottery at (717) 702-8146 and file a claim at the nearest lottery office.</p><p>The Powerball jackpot reached an estimated annuity value of $435 million, or $273.1 million cash, for the Saturday drawing.</p><p>In Pennsylvania, tickets are sold until 9:59 p.m. on drawing nights, Wednesday and Saturday.</p><style>
