<p>The second annual Vets &#8216;n&#8217; Pets Motorcycle Run, which benefits Blue Chip Animal Refuge, Volunteer Services of the VA, and the WVW Middle School Activity Fund, was held at the Wyoming Valley West Middle School, Kingston.
