MOUNTAIN TOP &#8212; Maternal &amp; Family Health Services&#8217; will hold its 24th annual golf tournament with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m., June 15, at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m.Golfers are invited to enjoy a fun day while making a difference in the lives of women, children and families in northeast Pennsylvania.The MFHS Golf Tournament is a four-person captain and crew format open to men and women, rain or shine. The fee is $125 per person, $500 for a foursome, and includes the cart, green fees, lunch, barbecue dinner and refreshments. The top male- and female- flight will each win one of the grand-prizes. In addition, the tournament will feature a silent-auction and various raffles. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m.Sun Buick GMC, Moosic, is sponsoring the hole-in-one contest, with the prize being a new car.Maternal &amp; Family Health Services focuses its efforts on improving the overall health and wellness of women, children and families in our communities.
