Police: ‘Grandpa Bandit’ who struck in Wilkes-Barre Twp. arrested in Indiana

<p>SUGARLOAF TWP. &#8212; A man was flown to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center after a crash in lower Luzerne County on Wednesday, police say.</p><p>Sugarloaf Township Police said the accident occurred on Route 93 near Woodbine Street around 3 p.m.</p><p>Officers say a utility van rear-ended a tractor-trailer, which was stopped at a red light. The male driving the van was flown to the hospital with severe injuries but is expected to make a full recovery, police say.</p><p>Officers believe speed was a factor in the wreck.</p><style>
