Dallas High School graduation: A typical year actually pretty good

<p>AVOCA &#8212; Two men who robbed a borough bank at gunpoint Wednesday were arrested less than 24 hours later, according to police.</p><p>Douglas A. Sicker Jr., 36, of Hanover Township, and Shawn James Cavanaugh, 35, of Wilkes-Barre, were captured early Thursday, police said in an email.</p><p>According to officers:</p><p>Sicker and Cavanaugh held up the PNC Bank at 650 Main St. about 4 p.m. Wednesday. The two men showed handguns and demanded money from tellers before escaping with an undisclosed sum.</p><p>After the robbery, the men fled on foot and entered a Chevrolet on Cherry Street.</p><p>The suspects were caught by Kingston police after officers initiated a traffic stop, &#8220;knowing that a passenger was a wanted person by state parole.&#8221;</p><p>Sicker and Cavanaugh are awaiting an appearance in federal court.</p><style>
