<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Nanticoke man who was a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violations was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Police say Maurice Wood, 22, of Nanticoke, was a passenger in a car stopped at 11:14 p.m. Wednesday on Horton Street.</p><p>Wood was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and charges were filed.</p><style>
