Lackawanna County restaurant inspections June 20-26: Cleanliness, low temperature issues lead to non-compliance

<p>Today&#8217;s weather brings a welcome change to yesterday&#8217;s heavy rains.</p><p>According to the National Weather Service, today will see increasing clouds, with a high of 82 degrees. You might experience a light wind in the afternoon.</p><p>Tonight will be partly cloudy, with a low around 62.</p><p>Tomorrow brings a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 4 and 5 p.m., but will be mostly sunny otherwise.
