Annual hot dog eating contest has repeat champion; draws protesters

WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Luzerne County Community College Wilkes-Barre Center will hold a 50th Anniversary open house noon to 2 p.m., July 20, at the center, 2 Public Square.
