<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Two men are facing charges after they were allegedly found shooting blank rounds with a firearm.</p><p>Officers responded to a report of two men discharging a rifle in the backyard of a residence on South Hancock Street at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday.</p><p>Officers arrived and encountered Jeffery William Powell, 24, and Zachary George Litras, 27. Powell and Litras were allegedly seen by officers shooting an AR-15 style rifle.</p><p>Both men were detained, and officers determined they were shooting blank ammunition.</p><p>Powell and Litras were taken into custody and charged with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.</p><style>
