<p>PNC Foundation has awarded a $7,500 grant to expand the United Way of Wyoming Valley&#8217;s Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program. The grant was made in support of Grow Up Great, PNC&#8217;s $350 million multi-year bilingual program in early childhood education.
