<p>Attorney James A. Schneider, a Hazleton attorney, was honored by Judges and Lawyers of the Wilkes-Barre Law &amp; Library Association/the bar association of Luzerne County, for fifty- years of community service to the bar. He was admitted to the bar in 1967 and spent his legal career in the general practice of law. He is a graduate of West Hazleton High School, Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. At the presentation, from left, are: Hon. Joseph J.
