<p>PLYMOUTH &#8212; A man is dead and another charged with criminal homicide after a shooting at Risnick&#8217;s Bar in Plymouth early Sunday morning, according to police.</p><p>Police were called to the business at about 1:45 a.m. for the report of a gunshot victim.</p><p>Anthony James Wisneski, 34, the victim, was transported from the scene by ambulance and pronounced dead at the emergency room.</p><p>According to Pennsylvania State Police, Anthony Lamar Jackson, 38, had been engaged in an argument with another patron and suggested the matter be settled outside.</p><p>Jackson, the patron, bar security and Wisneski stepped outside of the establishment, at which time Jackson shot Wisneski multiple times, according to police.</p><p>Jackson then fled the scene in a silver Chrysler registered to New Grant Street address in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Police learned Jackson was staying at a residence in Leola, Lancaster County.</p><p>Jackson was taken into custody at that location at about 4 p.m. by State Police from Wyoming and Lancaster, and the Leola Police Department.</p><p>He will be transported back to Luzerne County for a preliminary arraignment.</p><style>
