<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A federal grand jury has indicted two city men for allegedly running a methamphetamine lab for the past year.</p><p>Mark Heath, 38, and Shawn Melleski, 26, possessed with the intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine between June 2016 and June of this year, according to the indictment unsealed following Melleski&#8217;s arrest Thursday.</p><p>Wilkes-Barre Township police turned Melleski over to the FBI on an outstanding warrant after he was found preparing to produce meth in a vehicle during a traffic stop, court records show. The vehicle&#8217;s other occupants were taken into custody but have not been identified, police said.</p><p>Records say Melleski pleaded not guilty and was ordered detained pending trial.</p><p>Heath, meanwhile, is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.</p><p>They each face a mandatory minimum of five years in prison, federal prosecutors said.</p><p>The charges stem from an investigation by the FBI, the Wilkes-Barre and Kingston police departments, and state police.</p><style>
