Our View: County software purchase is a small step into new era

<p>Mr. and Mrs. Frank Koslosky, Wilkes-Barre, and Mr. Paul Atkinson, Mendota, Illinois, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Atkinson to Jeffrey Jones, son of Mr. John Casey and Mrs. Elizabeth Jones of New Hope, on Dec. 24, 2015.</p><p>Jessica is a 2004 graduate of James M. Coughlin High School, a 2012 graduate of Wilkes-Barre CTC LPN Program, and a 2017 graduate of LCCC Nursing Program.</p><p>Jeffrey is a 2003 graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and will be attending LCCC for HVAC in the fall of 2017.</p><p>A wedding date is set for Sept. 16, 2017 at Sand Springs Country Club in Drums.</p><style>
