<p>MOOSIC &#8212; Miguel Andujar circled second base and was met by a sea of RailRiders players that greeted him with hugs. Catcher Eddy Rodriguez led the pack with a Gatorade bottle lifted over his head.</p><p>With his named rumored in a possible trade to the Chicago White Sox, Andujar hit a game-winning single to opposite field on a full count to score Cito Culver in a 3-2 win Tuesday over the Norfolk Tides. He finished the game with a 3 for 4 performance with a double.</p><p>The RailRiders split the doubleheader after dropping one of their worst games of the season in the opener. Norfolk dominated the RailRiders for a 10-2 win in the first game.</p><p>Mike Ford started the rally with a double to right center in the eighth before being replaced for a pinch runner.</p><p>Nick Rumblelow notched the victory with two innings of scoreless action on the mount. He struck out three and allowed just one hit.</p><p>The Tides&#8217; Pedro Alvarez tied the game at 2-2 in the sixth inning with a two-run home run. After Rosa escaped an early jam by forcing a double play, Drew Dorsch reached base on a walk. Alvarez sent a pitch right down the heart of the plate into the Budweiser Railhouse in right field to tie the game.</p><p>Scranton/Wilkes-Barre touched up Tides starter Alec Asher, who came into tonight&#8217;s game minuscule 1.80 ERA, for two runs in the second inning. Andujar led off with a double to deep center field, and Jake Cave singled to right to put runners on the corners. Mark Payton gave the RailRiders the lead with a ground out to second base. Following a strikeout,</p><p>Rosa was hit hard but finished with six innings pitched and two earned runs. He struck out three batters.</p><p>The RailRiders did not provide many punches as it tied its worst loss of the season in the opener. It was the fourth time Scranton/Wilkes-Barre lost by eight runs.</p><p>A pair of fielding mishaps gave way to the first three Norfolk runs. With a scoreless game through the first two innings, the RailRiders let the Tides score a pair of unearned runs in the third. Logan Schafer attempted a sacrifice bunt, and third baseman Andujar sent his throw sailing into the outfield to allow both runners to move to scoring position. Both runs were plated by a Chris Dickerson groundout and a Steve Johnson sacrifice fly.</p><p>In the RailRiders&#8217; next set of at-bats, Norfolk scored again when Luis Sardinas clobbered a single that ricocheted off second baseman Donovan Solano&#8217;s glove. Rob Refsnyder fired a throw to home that beat out the Tides&#8217; Chance Sisco by a step and a half. Catcher Eddy Rodriguez lackadaisically played the throw, and Sisco escaped the tag to score the team&#8217;s third run.</p><p>Starting pitcher Brady Lail experienced a Jekyll and Hyde night. He struck out five of the first seven batters faced and cruised through the first two innings. But after his defense let him down in the third and fourth, Lail was tagged for four earned runs in the one-third inning pitched in the fifth. Alvarez and Sisco capped his night with a pair of RBI doubles the extended Norfolk&#8217;s lead to seven runs.</p><p>Lail was roughed up for five earned runs. He struck out five and walked two in his third loss of the season.</p><p>Cave had a quiet 3 for 3 night with his eighth home run of the year. Andujar blasted a solo shot in the seventh for his fourth of the year.</p><p>Sisco peppered the RailRiders for three doubles and four RBIs. Gabriel Ynoa earned just his second win in 10 decisions, allowing four hits and one earned run in five innings.</p><style>
