Test-takers are advised to arrive early and enter on Pennsylvania Avenue.To take the test, an application must be completed and notarized. Also, applicants have to pay a $150 non-refundable fee. The application must be submitted to the Wilkes-Barre Code Enforcement Office no later than Aug 19. The applications for the examination and scope of test information can be picked up at the Code Enforcement Office located on the first floor of City Hall, 40 E.
