<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A 7-year-old boy who died after falling into the rushing waters of a city creek Tuesday has been identified as Benjamin Paisley of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>The Luzerne County Coroner&#8217;s Office identified the child Wednesday, a day after he slipped into Mill Creek near Dillon Street Park while playing with his brother. The death was ruled accidental, the office said.</p><p>Paisley was removed from the water just after 1:30 p.m. and CPR was administered. He was taken by ambulance to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township where he was pronounced dead.</p><p>The drowning was the second in less than a week involving a child, notable tragedies for Luzerne County Coroner Bill Lisman because of the age of the victims and the short time between the deaths.</p><p>Three-year-old Nico Bostick drowned in a swimming pool at his residence in Plains Township on July 19. His death was ruled accidental as well.</p><p>&#8220;In my 40 years with the coroner&#8217;s office, I can&#8217;t ever remember having two kids a week apart,&#8221; Lisman told the Times Leader on Tuesday.</p><style>
