<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Expect a chance of rain or a stray thunderstorm in the Wyoming Valley Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.</p><p>Thursday&#8217;s high is expected to reach 81. The low will be around 65. A 40 percent chance of a thunderstorm will exist in the evening and into Friday morning. The winds are expected to be light.</p><p>For Friday, an early mix of clouds and sun will give way to more cloudy skies later in the day. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. The high will be around 82 while the low is expected to dip to 64.</p><p>Saturday now appears to look a little less dry than anticipated earlier in the week. The weather service is calling for occasional rain showers early, followed by showers in the evening. The chance of rain is 60 percent.
