‘Justice done,’ says reverend after thieving couple sentenced to prison

<p>A Luzerne County man facing 100 child-porn counts was living at the home of a Rice Township supervisor, authorities say.</p><p>Adam Snide, 42, was staying at the residence of Rice Supervisor Chair Marcia Thomas on Heslop Road, according to WNEP.</p><p>Snide said Thomas did not know anything about his addiction, the report states, and police don&#8217;t believe she knew about the illicit images.</p><p>Police say much of the child pornography on Snide&#8217;s computer was of a violent nature, with children being bound and gagged. Some of the children were as young as infants.</p><p>Officers say they found so many pornographic files, they had to stop counting while serving the warrant.</p><p>Snide, who said in court papers he had been viewing and sending child porn images for 20 years, told officers they might find around 10,000 files.</p><p>Snide apologized on his way into a Hazle Township courtroom Tuesday. He faces up to 21 years in prison and a $45,000 fine.</p><p>He is currently locked up on $500,000 bail.</p><p>Calls to Rice Township Police for more details were not immediately returned, and a phone number for Supervisor Thomas could not be located.</p><style>
