Chance of showers and storms ahead before weekend cooldown

<p>DURYEA&#8212; A cash register was stolen following a break-in over the weekend at the Duryea Wildcats field on Kramer Street, borough police said.</p><p>The cash register and other stolen items were recovered in a wooded area near the field and are being analyzed at the state police crime lab, according to police.</p><p>The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call borough police at 570-457-1721, ext. 1.</p><style>
