Sexual abuse charges leveled against Hazle Township man

<p>Luzerne County Family Court launched two initiatives for a &#8216;trauma-informed&#8217; court. Volunteer handlers and therapy dogs from Therapy Dogs International sit the Bernard Brominski Building on a weekly basis. The Family Court received donations to also create a safe and comfortable children&#8217;s room and &#8216;Cuddles,&#8217; a giant stuffed white gorilla, was donated.
