<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Monday.</p><p>The potential for heavy rain throughout the day could lead to localized flooding of small streams, according to the NWS. The warning is in effect until Tuesday and includes the Wyoming Valley and parts of southern New York.</p><p>Temperatures, meanwhile, are expected to be cool Monday. The high will be around 69. The low is expected to be around 61. Rain should continue into Monday night. More than a half inch to an inch of rainfall is expected overall Monday.</p><p>Tuesday looks like it will be dry, but mostly cloudy early on. The skies should clear and give way to sunshine later in the day. The high will be around 76. Expect a much cooler evening. The low will be around 52.</p><p>Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 81.
