He is the great-grandson of Jean Washinsky, West Wyoming; the late Joseph Washinsky, Mae Welliver, Duryea; the late Thomas Welliver, Carmel Mecca, Dunmore; the late Vincent A. Mecca Sr., and the late James and Marilyn Moyer. Billy has 2 sister&#8217;s, Natalia, 6, and Wynter, 20 months.</p><style>
