<p>Tyler Austin continued his strong rehab performance with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.</p><p>And it helped the RailRiders complete a series sweep of Gwinnett.</p><p>Austin triggered a comeback rally with a single in the eighth inning, then scored the winning run as the RailRiders rallied past the G-Braves, 2-1 as Scranton/Wilkes-Barre ripped off its sixth straight win.</p><p>The RailRiders received a strong start from recently-demoted Luis Cessa, who worked 2 1/3 innings without allowing ahit or a run.</p><p>Gwinnett broke through against Nestor Cortes in the bottom of the seventh inning, taking a 1-0 lead when Ronald Acuna singled home Kyle Kubitza with the game&#8217;s first run.</p><p>But the RailRiders responded immediately.</p><p>In the top of the eighth inning, Miguel Andujar drew a leadoff walk before Austin slammed a single against former big leaguer and first-round draft pick Jason Hursh.</p><p>One out later, Donovan Solano singled hom Andujar as Austin raced to third base. Cito Culver then sent a grounder that was misplayed by shortstop Sean Kazmar Jr. as Austin raced home to give the RailRiders a 2-1 lead.</p><p>Ben Heller worked around a strikeout/wild pitch in the ninth inning to seal the victory for the RailRiders.</p><p>Austin finished 1 for 3 with a walk and a run scored in his sixth game with the RailRiders on Major League rehab. He has gone 5-for-19 for a .263 batting average during that time.</p><p>Jake Cave went 2-for-5, lifting his average to .358. Culver and Mason Williams also had two hits for the RailRiders. All 16 hits in the game between the RailRiders and G-Braves were singles.</p><p>The victory extended Scranton/Wilkes-Barre&#8217;s winning streak to 10 straight games at Coolray Field, dating back to last season&#8217;s playoff series against Gwinnett.</p><p>The RailRiders surged to a league-best 21-8 in one-run games and posted their league-high seventh win of the year when trailing after seven innings.The RailRiders need to go 17-8 over their final 25 games to break the franchise&#8217;s single-season wins record of 91 set by the 2002 Red Barons and tied by the 2016 RailRiders. If this year&#8217;s club reaches 91 victories to tie the win mark, it would break the single-season franchise record for winning percentage set by last year&#8217;s team (91-52, .636).</p><style>
