‘Relax and forget’: Baseball a haven for RailRiders manager Al Pedrique with unrest back home

<p>Booyah! Burgers &amp; Bites is scheduled to open its second restaurant, in Dallas, by the end of August, owner Kristen Favata said Saturday.</p><p>The eatery will occupy the space vacated by Rice &#8217;n Beans at 2834 Memorial Highway (Route 415).</p><p>The first Booyah! opened last year on Wyoming Avenue in Wyoming. Favata said the restaurant has been such a success that she decided to expand to a second site.</p><p>The Dallas eatery will feature Booyah! Burgers &amp; Bites&#8217; trademark fresh foods, which include burger patties made daily, hand-cut French fries and hand-breaded chicken, as well as salads and homemade sauces. Gluten-free rolls will be added to the menu.</p><p>The new location is expected to add as many as 15 full- and part-time jobs to the Back Mountain area.
