<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police filed reckless driving charges against two motorists following a road rage incident Friday.</p><p>Cory Dunn, 29 , of Hanover, stopped abruptly on Northampton Street, causing Noemi Perez, 48, of Kingston, to nearly strike his vehicle, police said.</p><p>Dunn began driving and again stopped suddenly, police said. Perez to attempt to drive around him when Dunn swerved into her, according to police.</p><p>Dunn, police said, initially claimed he struck Perez by accident.</p><style>
