Analysis: Kyrie gets a new address, but Cavs win trade

<p>AVOCA &#8212; A paving project will begin Thursday on Route 11 in Avoca, also known as Main Street, from the Lackawanna County line to the Pittston Bypass.</p><p>Milling of the roadway will take place from Thursday to Saturday. Paving will start Aug. 28 and continue to Sept. 1.</p><p>The contractor will work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, weather permitting.</p><p>The roadwork will cause traffic delays. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during the project.</p><style>
