Area colleges, universities nab spots on national ranking lists

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said one of the women involved in a domestic dispute was arrested Monday on an outstanding warrant.</p><p>Iszhane Ford, 19, of Wilkes-Barre was attempting to hide under a bed when police said they found her in an apartment on North Empire Street at approximately 10 a.m.</p><p>She was arraigned on outstanding charges of unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment and committed to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility because she was unable to post $20,000 bail.</p><style>
