Jenkins Township Lions Club to hold annual ham dinner

<p>The Wilkes-Barre Crime Watch Coalition recently held a fundraiser at their National Night Out event to raise funds to buy protective vests for the two Wilkes-Barre Police K-9 officers. Thanks to the generosity of many, the fund-raiser was a huge success. In honor of her brother, Frank W. Ritz , Mary Beth Etzle and a family that wishes to remain anonymous donated $ 1,200 each for vests. The Coalition also raised over $800 through cash donations and a basket raffle for the care and upkeep of K-9 officers &#8220;Chase&#8221; and &#8220;Skoty&#8221;</p><style>
