Out of the Darkness Walk meant to raise money, awareness for suicide prevention

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Police are investigating a deadly shooting in a city park that occurred Saturday night.</p><p>According to Times Leader news-gathering partner Fox 56:</p><p>Neighbors in the 100 block of Hemlock Street near the Pine Street park reported hearing shots around 9:15 p.m.</p><p>Police responded but did not find a victim.</p><p>Police later learned that a gunshot victim was being treated at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton. The 20-year-old man later died.</p><p>According to Mayor Jeff Cusat, the shooting is the first fatal shooting in Hazleton this year.</p><p>Police did not identify the victim.</p><p>No further details were available at press time.</p><style>

One dead after Hazleton shooting
