<p>PLYMOUTH TWP. &#8212; A woman spotted on Route 11 with her hazard lights activated Friday was arrested for giving a false name to a trooper, a report states.</p><p>Police say they later learned Jaqwaye Patrice Lloyd was driving with a license suspended for DUI.</p><p>Lloyd threw a lit cigarette out the window and started to pull away as a trooper approached her vehicle about 4 p.m., according to authorities.</p><p>She then allegedly lied about her identity.</p><p>Lloyd was charged with giving false ID to police, driving under suspension, driving without a license, and littering. She was arraigned and then released on her own recognizance.</p><p>The incident occurred in the northbound lanes of Route 11 near Route 29.</p><style>
