Pennsylvania man accused in ruse to slow traffic near home, says it worked

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Wilkes-Barre Police are investigating a Sunday night shooting that left a man injured.</p><p>Officers were called to Stanton Street at 9:37 p.m. for reports of shots fired. When they arrived on the scene, police said they discovered that a 30-year-old Wilkes-Barre man had suffered a minor injury in the shooting.</p><p>The victim told police the shots came from a white Ford Edge.</p><style>
