Their view: Banning bump stocks won’t stop the NRA

<p>DURYEA &#8212; Duryea Police are investigating reports of shots fired early Monday morning.</p><p>According to police, the incident occurred between midnight and 1 a.m. Monday, with multiple residents reporting gunshots and tires squealing in the area of Main and Hill streets.</p><p>When police arrived on scene, they found several shell casings from a handgun.</p><p>Police found no signs of damage to any property, and no injuries were reported.</p><p>The investigation remains ongoing, with police checking surveillance camera footage from several locations to try to learn more.</p><p>Duryea Police are asking that anyone with more information contact them at 570-457-1721, extension 2.</p><style>
