<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; An undocumented immigrant was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence on the Public Square, according to a police report.</p><p>According to the report:</p><p>Officers stopped Cecelio Ponce, 48, shortly before 6 p.m. for driving in the wrong direction on Public Square, which is a one-way street. Ponce was intoxicated.</p><p>He was arrested, processed and charges were filed.</p><p>Further investigation revealed Ponce is residing in the United States illegally. He was taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.</p><style>
