Police: Man asked to leave McDonald’s tips over garbage can, smashing it

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A Hanover Township teen was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with several younger children.</p><p>Hanover Township Police say they conducted an investigation into allegations that a 14-year-old male had inappropriate sexual contact with the children over the past few years.</p><p>When the investigation concluded, Hanover Township Police and the Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Office petitioned the juvenile to Juvenile Court on charges of rape of a child and &#8220;numerous&#8221; related offenses, according to a news release from the police department.</p><style>
