<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; A Plymouth woman is facing charges after an investigation into shoplifting allegedly led to the discovery of drugs and paraphernalia.</p><p>Police arrested Kelsey Turak, 24, at the Wilkes-Barre Township Target at around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.</p><p>She was apprehended for allegedly shoplifting shoes, a purse and sunglasses, with the total value of the theft reaching $435.30.</p><p>Police say they found Turak in possession of what they suspect to be heroin and two hypodermic needles.</p><p>Turak was charged with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.</p><p>She was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.</p><style>
