Accused Walmart shooter takes stand in own defense

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Hanover Township Police arrested a Wilkes-Barre man under suspicion of intending to deliver drugs.</p><p>At around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, police made a traffic stop on Kordell Gregory, 37, on Oxford Street. When they searched his vehicle, they say found numerous bags of what they believed to be fentanyl, heroin and crack cocaine.</p><p>They also say they found him to be in possession of five cell phones and over $2,900 in cash.</p><p>Gregory was taken into custody and arraigned before Magistrate Joseph Halesey on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, along with other related charges.</p><p>Gregory was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of a $50,000 straight cash bail.</p><p>Hanover Township Police were assisted by the Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Drug Task Force.</p><style>
