Heisman hopefuls: Barkley, Barrett in the spotlight for PSU-OSU

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Trunk-or-Treat event scheduled for this Sunday in the Rolling Mill section of the city will move indoors due to a weather forecast calling for heavy rain.</p><p>Children are invited to wear their costumes to the public event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Andrew&#8217;s Church, 316 Parrish St. It will be held inside the church hall.</p><p>The event is sponsored by the Rolling Mill Residents&#8217; Association and the Rolling Mill Hill Residents&#8217; Association Youth Group and will feature free food, a magician, face painting and music. Members of the Wilkes-Barre fire and police departments will also be in attendance.</p><style>
